Job Description:
We are recruiting experienced Offshore Crane Operators to join various offshore vessels operating worldwide. Employment will be with different clients of TOS, offering opportunities across a wide range of vessel types — from small crane vessels to heavy lift crane operator vessels. The role focuses on safe and efficient crane operations in accordance with company policies, QHSE standards, and offshore regulations. This position offers long-term career development within the offshore industry, working as part of a professional and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating, maintaining, and driving the assigned offshore crane
• Ensuring the crane is in safe and operational condition at all times
• Performing lifting operations in compliance with safety procedures and risk assessments
• Following company QHSE policies and offshore regulations
• Reporting defects, incidents, or unsafe conditions related to crane operations

Requirements:
• Solid and proven experience as an Offshore Crane Operator
• Valid Basic Safety training certificates
• Valid Seafarer Medical certificate
• Valid Offshore Medical certificate
• Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Stages 1–3)
• Ability to work offshore in various locations worldwide
• Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
