Job Description:
iPS Powerful People is proactively building a pool of experienced Offshore Crane Operators for upcoming offshore projects worldwide. This position is part of an ongoing recruitment campaign and is not linked to a specific vessel or immediate vacancy.
As an Offshore Crane Operator, you will be working onboard offshore vessels or platforms supporting offshore construction and wind farm activities. You will be responsible for safe crane operations, cargo handling, and supporting deck operations in accordance with project and safety requirements. Contract details, vessel type, and rotation will be confirmed once a suitable project becomes available.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Safe and efficient operation of offshore cranes during lifting and cargo operations
• Performing daily crane inspections and reporting technical issues
• Coordinating lifting activities with deck crew and supervisors
• Maintaining accurate operational and inspection records
• Ensuring full compliance with safety procedures and offshore regulations
• Supporting general deck operations when required
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position
• STCW Seafarers Medical Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Offshore Crane Operator Stage 3 certification
• STCW Basic Safety (1–4)
• STCW DSD
• HUET with CA-EBS
• GWO Sea Survival (GWO SS)
• Valid US B1 Visa with Wind Farm activities annotation (non-OCS activities)
