Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently seeking experienced Stage 3 Crane Operators for upcoming offshore projects in Saudi Arabia under ARAMCO approval.
The assignment is project-based with an immediate start (ASAP) and a contract duration of 8–12 weeks. The role involves operating heavy-lift offshore cranes (150T+) in compliance with project safety standards and client requirements. Candidates must already hold a valid KSA visa and ARAMCO approval to be considered.
Working conditions include offshore rotational schedules, adherence to strict HSE policies, and compliance with client operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe operation of 150T+ offshore cranes in line with lifting plans and procedures
• Conducting pre-operational equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
• Coordinating with deck crew and rigging teams during lifting operations
• Ensuring compliance with ARAMCO and offshore HSE standards
• Maintaining accurate lifting logs and operational documentation

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Valid Offshore Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid KSA Visa and ARAMCO Approval (mandatory)
• Certified Stage 3 Crane Operator
• Valid BOSIET & CA-EBS certification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating 150T+ cranes in offshore environments
