Job Description:
OSM Brasil is currently recruiting skilled Crane Operators to join an Offshore Service Vessel operating in Brazilian waters. The role involves safe and efficient crane operations in a demanding offshore environment, supporting vessel operations and cargo handling activities. Candidates will work as part of a dynamic and professional crew, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Accommodation and meals are provided onboard in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating offshore cranes safely and efficiently onboard the vessel
• Performing routine inspections and basic maintenance of crane equipment
• Coordinating with deck crew to ensure efficient cargo handling and deck operations
• Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Reporting equipment defects and operational issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Certified Sparrows Level III Crane Operator with offshore experience
• Brazilian citizenship is mandatory
• Intermediate level of English communication
• Strong understanding of crane operations and maintenance
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in offshore conditions
