Crane Operator for Offshore Vessel (Norway)

Position: Crane Operator Stage 3 / AB with Uptime Gangway
Joining Date: 11 November 2026
Rotation: 6 weeks ON / 6 weeks OFF
Employment: Multiple rotations

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Crane Operator Stage 3 / AB with Uptime Gangway certification for an offshore position commencing 11 November 2026. The successful candidate must hold all required crane, gangway, AB, STCW and offshore safety qualifications.

Only candidates who fulfill all mandatory requirements will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Operating the offshore crane safely and efficiently 
•  Performing gangway operations in accordance with Uptime procedures 
•  Assisting with deck, lifting and offshore operations 
•  Supporting safe personnel and equipment transfers 
•  Carrying out duties in compliance with offshore HSE and company procedures 

Requirements:

• Crane Operator Stage 3 or G5
• Uptime Gangway Level 3 or Level 4 – renewal accepted 
• AB Certificate – Mandatory
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Valid STCW Medical – OGUK medical is not accepted
• Security Duties certification 
• BOSIET
•  Recent and relevant appraisal form / previous employment appraisal
•  Copy of Seaman’s Book
•  All documents must be valid and clearly legible
