An established offshore contractor is seeking an experienced Offshore Crawler Crane Operator for an upcoming offshore construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating crawler cranes safely and efficiently during lifting operations while ensuring compliance with offshore safety standards and company procedures.
The project is scheduled to commence on 08 August 2026 with a 6-week offshore rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Operate offshore crawler cranes safely during lifting and construction activities.
Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks.
Perform lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
Coordinate with deck crew, riggers, and lifting supervisors during cargo and equipment handling.
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations and company operational standards.
Requirements:
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST)
Valid Designated Security Duties (DSD) certificate
Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate
Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating crawler cranes in offshore construction projects
Previous experience on offshore construction or heavy-lift vessels is preferred
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: 6-week rotation
