Crane Operator for Offshore Project (EU)

Job Description

Select Offshore is recruiting an experienced Crawler Crane Operator for an upcoming offshore project within the European Union.

The position is scheduled to start ASAP, with an assignment duration of approximately 4 weeks. The opportunity is open to EU nationals only.

Candidates must hold full GWO Basic Safety Training and a valid Stage 3 Crane Operator certification.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently during offshore lifting operations.
• Carry out pre-use inspections and report any equipment defects.
• Perform lifting, positioning, loading, and handling of offshore equipment and materials.
• Coordinate crane operations with riggers, deck crew, and offshore supervisors.
• Follow approved lifting plans and all applicable HSE procedures.

Requirements

• Previous Crawler Crane Operator experience
• Stage 3 Crane Operator Certification – Required
• Full GWO Basic Safety Training – Required
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport
• EU nationality – Mandatory
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant offshore experience is an advantage
