Job Description
Select Offshore is recruiting experienced Crawler Crane Operators for an upcoming offshore project in the United States.
The assignment is scheduled to start ASAP and is expected to last approximately 2–3 weeks. Candidates must hold a valid US B1 OCS visa and possess the required offshore and crane operator certifications.
The role requires STCW Basic Safety Training, GWO Sea Survival, GWO Working at Heights, and Stage 3 Crane Operator certification.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Operate crawler cranes safely during offshore lifting and cargo-handling operations.
- Conduct pre-use inspections and ensure crane equipment is operational.
- Execute lifting and positioning operations in accordance with approved procedures.
- Coordinate with riggers, deck crew, and offshore supervisors.
- Maintain compliance with lifting, safety, and offshore HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Previous Crawler Crane Operator experience
- Stage 3 Crane Operator Certification – Required
- STCW Basic Safety Training – Required
- GWO Sea Survival – Required
- GWO Working at Heights – Required
- Valid US B1 OCS Visa – Mandatory
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport
- Proficiency in English communication
- Relevant offshore experience is an advantage
