Job Description
Cyan Renewables is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Rating (IR) / Stage 3 Crane Operator to join the MPSV MMA Pinnacle for an offshore project in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting deck operations and performing offshore lifting activities using subsea cranes. Candidates with recent experience operating Active Heave Compensation (AHC) systems and MacGregor cranes will be highly regarded.
This opportunity is ideal for offshore professionals with strong lifting experience who hold Australian working rights and are available to mobilize at the end of August.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate offshore cranes safely during subsea lifting operations.
- Perform deck duties as an Integrated Rating.
- Operate Active Heave Compensation (AHC) crane systems.
- Conduct routine crane inspections and maintenance checks.
- Support offshore construction and cargo handling activities.
- Follow lifting plans and company HSE procedures.
- Participate in emergency drills and toolbox meetings.
- Ensure compliance with offshore and maritime safety regulations.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid Integrated Rating (IR) Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
- Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator certification.
- Previous offshore experience as Stage 3 Crane Operator.
- Proven subsea crane operating experience.
- Recent experience with AHC systems preferred.
- Experience operating MacGregor cranes preferred.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- Valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Good English communication skills.
- Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
