Job Description:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Heavy Lift Crane Operator to join a heavy lift installation vessel, with a planned start date of 13th May. The vessel is involved in offshore installation projects, requiring operation of high-capacity cranes exceeding 1000 tons. This role demands precision, strong safety awareness, and proven experience in heavy lift operations within offshore environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating heavy lift cranes for offshore installation activities
• Executing lifting operations safely and efficiently in coordination with deck teams
• Performing pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of crane equipment
• Following lift plans and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
• Supporting offshore construction and installation projects
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Stage 3 Crane Operator License (mandatory)
• BOSIET CA + EBS certification
• GWO Working at Height
• GWO Sea Survival
• Proven experience operating cranes above 1000 tons
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off (regular rotation)
