AB/Crane Operator on SCOV DP3 (North Sea)

Location: North Sea, Norway-flagged vessel

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AB / Crane Operator to join a SCOV DP3 offshore vessel operating in the North Sea.

The vessel was built in 2015, with a GRT of 12,652 and an LOA of 128 m. It is equipped with a 250 t SWL AHC crane with 3,000 m wire.

The contract duration is 4 weeks, with a joining date of 21 September. The daily rate is €340 per day.

Due to vessel flag-specific requirements, applicants must hold a valid EU passport or be a Ukrainian national with a valid EU residence permit.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing AB duties safely and efficiently during offshore operations
• Operating the offshore crane in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety standards
• Assisting with lifting and cargo-handling operations
• Supporting deck and offshore operations as required
• Maintaining compliance with vessel safety, STCW and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Valid First Class Seaman License
• Valid Crane Operator Certificate: Sparrows Stage 3 / EnerMech Stage 3 / G5 / AIS Survivex
• Valid HUET with CA-EBS
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical certificate
• Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience on MPSV / OCV / DSV vessels in the rank of AB / Crane Operator
• Valid EU passport, or Ukrainian passport with valid EU residence permit
• Good English communication skills
