Job Description:
A leading offshore operator is urgently recruiting an experienced AB / Crane Operator to join a SCOV DP2 (Subsea Construction Offshore Vessel) operating in the North Sea. The vessel is Norwegian-flagged, built in 2009, with a GRT of 9,423 and equipped with a 150-tonne SWL offshore crane. The successful candidate will join on 5 August for a 6-week offshore assignment.

- Able Seaman (AB) / Crane Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the vessel's 150-tonne offshore crane during cargo handling and offshore lifting operations.
- Carry out deck operations, mooring, cargo handling, and maintenance duties.
- Perform pre-use inspections and routine maintenance of crane equipment.
- Execute lifting operations safely in accordance with lifting plans and company procedures.
- Support subsea construction activities while maintaining compliance with offshore HSE standards.
- Assist the deck crew in daily vessel operations.
Requirements:
- Valid First Class Seaman License.
- Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Sparrows Stage 3, EnerMech Stage 3, G5, or AIS Survivex).
- Valid HUET with CA-EBS certificate.
- Minimum 24 months of onboard experience as AB / Crane Operator on MPSV, OCV, or DSV vessels.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) and Endorsement (where applicable).
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.
- Seaman's Book with documented sea service.
- Valid Passport.
- References from previous employers.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Good English communication skills.
