AB/Crane Operator on SCOV DP2 (North Sea)

Location: North Sea

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AB / Crane Operator to join an SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The vessel has a GRT of 9,423, was built in 2009, flies the Norwegian flag, and is equipped with one 150-tonnes SWL crane. Due to the vessel's flag-specific requirements, applicants must hold a valid EU passport or be Ukrainian nationals with a valid EU residence permit. Joining date: 28 September.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Carrying out deck operations and duties as an Able Seaman
• Operating the vessel’s crane safely and efficiently in accordance with procedures
• Assisting with cargo handling, lifting operations, and deck maintenance
• Supporting safe vessel operations and compliance with onboard HSE procedures
• Carrying out routine inspections and maintenance of deck and lifting equipment

Requirements:
• Valid First Class Seaman License
• Valid Crane Operator’s Certificate: Sparrows Stage 3 / EnerMech Stage 3 / G5 / AIS Survivex
• Valid HUET and CA-EBS certificates
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Minimum 18 months of actual onboard experience on MPSV / OCV / DSV vessels in the rank of AB / Crane Operator
• Valid EU passport, or Ukrainian passport with valid EU residence permit
• Proficiency in English communication
