Chief Officer / SDPO for DSV DP

Job Description

Seamec Limited is seeking a qualified Chief Officer / SDPO for its DP II Diving Support Vessel fleet. The position involves supporting vessel command, DP operations, navigation, deck activities, and offshore operations in Indian waters.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Master with safe vessel operations.
• Performing DP and navigation duties as SDPO.
• Supervising deck, cargo, mooring, and offshore operations.
• Supporting diving and offshore project activities.
• Maintaining safety and regulatory compliance onboard.

Requirements

• Indian or UK CoC.
• Minimum 180 days of sailing experience on DP II / DSV vessels.
• Offshore operations experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
