Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Chief Officer for a Water Injection Dredger operating in Germany. The project involves dredging operations in coastal and port areas, requiring precise vessel handling and close coordination with the bridge and deck teams. The vessel operates under permanent rotation, offering stable employment and consistent working conditions. Accommodation and meals are provided onboard in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Master in safe navigation and maneuvering of the vessel
• Supervising deck operations during dredging activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures
• Managing deck crew and watchkeeping duties
• Supporting dredging operations with a strong focus on vessel handling

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate for Chief Officer
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong vessel maneuvering experience (mandatory)
• Experience on dredging or support vessels is required
• Candidates with experience on TSHD (Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger), CSD support vessels, Multicats, or Shoalbusters are welcome to apply

Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Initial period until 10th February, followed by permanent rotation
• Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
