Job Description:
AmanCare Careers is seeking a Chief Officer to assist in the navigation and safe operation of the vessel. The Chief Officer is responsible for cargo operations, deck maintenance, and supervising deck crew.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Master in vessel navigation and daily operations.
Supervising deck crew, including Bosun, ABs, and Cadets.
Managing cargo operations, mooring, and anchoring.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Preparing reports and logs related to deck operations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certification and Chief Officer license.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a deck officer.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Rotational offshore contract.
