Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chief Officer (C/O) for temporary assignments on our multipurpose offshore vessels in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will assist the Master in daily vessel operations, oversee deck crew and maintenance, and ensure the safe and efficient running of the vessel while upholding the highest standards of maritime safety and teamwork with OSM Thome.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Master in daily vessel operations, navigational watch, and cargo coordination.
• Oversee deck crew performance and manage maintenance of deck equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, safety procedures, and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor crew to maintain high operational efficiency and safety culture.
• Support safe and efficient cargo operations and deck activities.

Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer certification and relevant seafaring licenses.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Proven experience in offshore and multipurpose vessel operations.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of maritime safety and environmental regulations.
