Job Description: We are looking for a Chief Officer with experience on ASD tugs and anchor handling vessels. The position involves supporting towing and anchor handling operations in offshore and project-related marine activities. The Chief Officer will be responsible for deck operations, assisting with safe and efficient vessel manoeuvring, and ensuring compliance with onboard safety procedures during towing and anchor handling tasks. Start date is 20/05, with a 4-week contract duration.
Key Responsibilities: As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Safe execution and supervision of towing and anchor handling operations
• Assisting the Master in vessel manoeuvring and navigation
• Ensuring deck operations are carried out in compliance with safety procedures
• Supervising deck crew during operational tasks
• Maintaining operational readiness of towing and deck equipment
Requirements: • Experience as Chief Officer on ASD tugs and anchor handling vessels
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant offshore towing and AHT experience
