Job Description:
Assisting the Master in navigation, deck operations, and safety management on a tug boat operating in the Batangas trade. Responsible for overseeing deck crew and supervising towing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Master in vessel navigation and operation
• Supervise deck crew and daily operations
• Ensure safety procedures are followed
• Maintain records and reports related to deck operations

Requirements:
• CoC/Certificate as Chief Mate or OICNW
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 2 years experience in tug navigation
