Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Chief Mate to join an FSV (Fast Support Vessel) operating in the offshore sector in the Middle East. The role involves supporting vessel command, overseeing deck operations, and ensuring safe and efficient offshore activities. The position offers a stable rotation and competitive daily compensation within a professional offshore working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Master in navigation, vessel management, and offshore operations
• Supervise deck crew and ensure safe deck and offshore activities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, ISM, and company policies
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and FRB/FRC operations
• Promote problem-solving and proactive operational decision-making

Requirements:
• Experience on FSV (Fast Support Vessel)
• Valid FRB or FRC certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seaman’s Book and travel documents
• Proficiency in English communication
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Medical fitness certificate

• Contract Duration: 3 months on / 1 month off
• Salary: USD 225 per day
