Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced AB (Able Seaman) to join a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) operating in UK waters.
The position is offered on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation, with a planned start date of 17 December 2025.
The role involves deck operations during dredging activities and requires prior dredger experience and good working English.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with deck operations during dredging works
• Supporting mooring, anchor handling, and vessel operations
• Maintaining deck equipment and ensuring safe working practices
• Complying with vessel procedures and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Valid UK Work Permit (mandatory)
• Proven experience working on dredgers / TSHD
• Good working English
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
