Job Description:
A newly built DP2 Service Operation Vessel (SOV) operating under the RIF flag is seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join its offshore crew. This position offers a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation and involves supporting deck operations, vessel maintenance, and offshore project activities. Candidates with offshore support vessel experience and strong seamanship skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carry out mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling operations safely.
Perform routine deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation work.
Assist with offshore operations and support vessel activities.
Maintain deck equipment and ensure safety gear is operational.
Participate in emergency drills and comply with company HSE procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Good English proficiency (Marlins Test required)
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
Banksman & Slinger Certificate is an advantage
Previous experience on SOV, DP vessels, or similar offshore support vessels preferred

Contract Duration: 4 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off Rotation

Salary: EUR 4.532 /month (Gross) (subject to 9.6% social security deductions for Estonian, Lithuanian, Polish, and Latvian candidates)
