Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) for an upcoming offshore project.
The initial contract will run from 12 September to 24 October 2026. Subject to performance and project requirements, there is an opportunity to continue on a stable 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation.
The successful candidate should have proven experience as an Able Seaman onboard offshore support or similar vessels and be ready to work in an offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carry out routine deck operations and maintenance onboard the vessel.
Assist with mooring, anchoring, berthing, and unberthing operations.
Support offshore cargo and deck operations as required.
Maintain deck equipment, safety gear, and lifesaving appliances.
Follow all vessel safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Able Seaman (AB) on offshore support or similar vessels.
Full and valid STCW certification package.
Valid Marlins Test.
Valid Medical Certificate.
Good command of English.
Valid Seaman's Book and Passport.
Good physical fitness and strong safety awareness.
