Job Description:
CF Sharp is currently recruiting an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an ASD Tug. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the same position onboard an ASD Tug and hold valid maritime documentation and certifications.
Open Position:
Able Seaman (AB) – ASD Tug
• Vessel Type: ASD Tug
• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in the same role on an ASD Tug
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Carrying out general deck and seamanship duties
• Assisting with towing, mooring, anchoring, and deck operations
• Maintaining deck equipment and work areas
• Supporting safe and efficient tug operations
• Following vessel safety, security, and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an AB on an ASD Tug
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant maritime documents
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book and passport
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with towing and tug operations is an advantage
