Location: India / Offshore (US-bound)
Overview:
The Able Seaman supports deck operations, maintenance, and safety tasks under the supervision of the Bosun and officers. Ensures the vessel’s deck areas remain clean, secure, and fully operational during US-bound voyages.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine deck maintenance and painting
Assist in mooring, cargo, and line-handling operations
Operate and care for deck equipment
Join safety drills and emergency procedures
Support senior deck staff when required
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English
Valid U.S. visa
Prior experience on offshore or merchant vessels preferred
Employment Terms:
Contract: Based on vessel rotation
