Job Description:
We are looking for an AB / Crane Operator for an OSV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea.
Contract duration is 4–6 weeks, with joining on 14 January.
Candidates must hold a valid UK Work Permit and possess the required deck and crane operation qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient crane operations according to vessel procedures
• Deck maintenance, cargo handling, and support during marine operations
• Assisting with mooring/unmooring operations
• Participation in lifting operations and ensuring compliance with lifting plans
• Supporting vessel officers with routine deck duties and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid UK Work Permit (mandatory)
• First Class Seaman License
• Crane Operator Certificate (Sparrows Stage 3 / EnerMech Stage 3 / G5 / AIS Survivex)
• Minimum 18 months experience on OSV/DP2 or similar vessels in the rank of AB / Crane Operator
• Passport and Seaman’s Book (all pages)
• References from previous employers
