Job Description:**
We are seeking **Able Bodied Seamen (AB)** and **Motorman** to join our **TSHD** operations. ABs will assist in deck operations and vessel maintenance, while Motormen will support the engineering team in maintaining auxiliary machinery. These positions offer hands-on experience in dredging operations. **Start date will be indicated upon acceptance.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
**AB:**
• Assist with deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo handling
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of deck areas
• Support dredging operations under supervision
**Motorman:**
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of machinery
• Assist engineers with repairs and inspections
• Maintain logs of machinery and fuel usage
**Requirements:**
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience in similar roles is preferred

**Employment Details:**
• Contract Duration: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
• Salary: 150–160 EUR + 8 EUR health and social insurance
