Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is recruiting an experienced AB Gangway Operator with Stage 2 Crane Certificate to join a Heavy Lift Semi Submersible Vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for gangway operations, deck activities, and supporting offshore marine operations while ensuring safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Operate and monitor offshore gangway systems safely
Perform gangway connection and transfer operations
Assist with deck operations and lifting activities
Support vessel crew during offshore operations
Maintain equipment and follow HSE procedures
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate
Valid Passport
Valid Seaman’s Book
UK Right to Work required
Valid Able Seaman (AB) Certificate
Stage 2 Crane Operator Certificate
IMCA Record of Gangway Operator work required
Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS
Previous experience on Heavy Lift / offshore vessels preferred
