Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join a DP3 Ultra Deepwater Multipurpose Flex-Lay Subsea Construction Vessel operating in the European region.
The position is offered on a 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation under a Polish contract. The candidate should have relevant experience as an Able Seaman, preferably on offshore or subsea construction vessels.
Joining: ASAP
Contract End: 02 September 2026
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform routine deck and seamanship duties onboard the vessel.
Assist with mooring, anchoring, lifting and deck operations.
Support subsea construction and flex-lay activities as required.
Carry out deck maintenance, inspections, cleaning and preservation work.
Follow all vessel safety, environmental and operational procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Able Seaman (AB).
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Valid Seaman’s Book.
Valid Passport.
Previous offshore / subsea construction vessel experience is advantageous.
Good English communication skills.
Good physical fitness and strong safety awareness.
