AB for SOV DP2 Vessel (International)

Job Description:
A crew member is required for the position of Able Seaman (AB) on board an SOV DP2 vessel flying the RIF flag. The position is offered on a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation. Joining is scheduled for 22 October 2026. Candidates should have valid STCW certification, a valid health certificate and good English skills, which will be assessed through a Marlins test. Banksman & Slinger certification is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform deck maintenance and general seamanship duties
• Assist with mooring, anchoring and other deck operations
• Carry out cargo and equipment handling operations as instructed
• Follow onboard safety procedures and company policies
• Assist the deck team with routine vessel operations and maintenance

• Applicable valid STCW certificates
• Valid health certificate
• Good command of English
• Successful completion of Marlins English test
• Banksman & Slinger certificate is an advantage
• Relevant experience as an Able Seaman

• Contract Duration: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation

• Salary: EUR 4,532/month gross
• Deductions: 9.6% social security deductions for candidates from Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Latvia
