Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an SHB dredging project based in Rotterdam. This is a temporary offshore assignment with a duration of approximately 5–6 weeks and the potential for future rejoining opportunities on upcoming projects. The successful candidate will support deck operations, assist with dredging activities, and ensure safe working practices onboard. Previous experience on SHB or dredging vessels is mandatory due to the operational nature of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with daily deck operations and dredging activities
• Supporting safe mooring, cargo, and maintenance operations onboard
• Ensuring compliance with company safety and environmental procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness of deck equipment
• Assisting officers and crew during vessel operations and project activities

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous SHB or dredging vessel experience is mandatory
• Latvian residence personal number is required
• Valid seaman documentation and offshore certificates
