Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join a Barge operating in the Netherlands on an offshore construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting deck operations, assisting with cargo handling, and ensuring safe execution of offshore construction activities. This is an urgent position with an ASAP joining requirement and an assignment expected to run until the end of July 2026 (with possible shorter duration depending on project needs).

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with deck operations and offshore construction activities
• Supporting lifting, mooring, and cargo handling operations
• Carrying out maintenance and preservation of deck equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
• Working as part of the deck team under supervision of senior crew

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• AB Certificate of Competency (STCW II/5)
• Previous offshore construction experience required
• Ability to travel and join ASAP
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
