AB for Non-DP AHTS Vessel

Job Description

SSM Maritime Services Inc. is recruiting an experienced Able Seaman (AB) for a Non-DP AHTS vessel. The AB will support deck operations, mooring, anchor handling, maintenance, cargo activities, and general offshore duties.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with mooring and anchor-handling operations.
• Perform routine deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and preservation.
• Assist with cargo and deck operations.
• Maintain deck equipment and working areas.
• Participate in drills and follow onboard safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid AB certification and STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant AB experience.
• Offshore / AHTS experience is an advantage.
• Valid seafarer documents.
• Good English communication skills.
