Job Description:
Faststream has below requirements for vessels sailing on UK waters. Vessels are working on MOD projects; due to this, candidates must be from the UK.
Position: AB (Able Seaman) – Multicat
Start: ASAP – until 27th May
Rate: £215.00 per day

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Deck watchkeeping and mooring operations
· Routine maintenance, painting, and cleaning of deck areas and equipment
· Compliance with all safety management systems, HSEQ requirements, and permit-to-work procedures
· Assistance with welding and crane operations as required (if certified)
· Support of MOD project operations as directed

Requirements:
· UK national – mandatory (due to MOD project requirements)
· AB CoC (Certificate of Competency as Able Seaman) – mandatory
· Designated Security Duties (STCW A-VI/6-2) – mandatory
· Welding certificate – preferred
· Crane operator certificate – preferred
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available ASAP until 27th May
