AB for AHTS Non-DP Vessel

Job Description:

SSM Maritime Services Inc. is inviting applications from Able Seamen to join a non-DP AHTS vessel. The successful candidate will assist with deck maintenance, mooring, and offshore support activities under the supervision of deck officers.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform deck cleaning, painting, and maintenance.
• Assist with mooring, towing, and anchor-handling activities.
• Handle ropes and deck equipment safely.
• Support deck officers during routine operations.
• Participate in emergency drills and comply with safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Able Seaman certification.
• Previous experience on AHTS or similar offshore vessels preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
