Job Description:
TOS People is currently recruiting experienced crew members to join Crew Transfer Vessels (CTV) operating in Denmark and Poland. Multiple short-term assignments are available, with start dates in early to mid-September 2026 and contract durations ranging from 7–14 days to 4 weeks.

Locations: Poland
Start Dates: Early September / Mid-September
Contract Duration: 7–14 days / 4 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting safe and efficient CTV operations
• Carrying out navigation, deck, and seamanship duties according to the position
• Assisting with crew transfer and offshore activities
• Maintaining vessel equipment and work areas
• Following vessel safety, HSE, and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in the position applied for
• Previous CTV experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant maritime documentation
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Availability for the required September mobilisation
