AB / Crane Operator for DSV

Job Description

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced AB / Crane Operator to join a Dive Support Vessel (DSV) in the UK.

The position is available for ASAP mobilisation with an expected 4-week contract. Candidates must have previous DSV experience and proven experience operating a 120-tonne MacGregor crane. Applicants must hold an AB Certificate of Competency (COC) together with the required crane, offshore safety, medical, and seafarer documentation.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform AB deck duties and assist with daily vessel operations.
• Operate the 120Te MacGregor crane safely and efficiently during lifting operations.
• Carry out cargo-handling, lifting, mooring, and deck operations as required.
• Conduct crane and lifting equipment checks and report any defects.
• Follow all vessel safety procedures and offshore HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Previous DSV experience – Mandatory
• Previous 120Te MacGregor Crane experience – Mandatory
• Valid AB Certificate of Competency (COC)
• Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid BOSIET
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid passport
• Proficiency in English communication
