Job Description:
Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Able Seaman (AB) to join a Jack-Up Wind Farm Installation vessel operating in the UK. The position is part of an offshore wind project supporting installation and maintenance operations.
The joining date is scheduled for 18th May, with a short-term assignment of 2 weeks onboard. Candidates should be prepared for offshore working conditions, including shift rotations and operational tasks related to wind turbine installation support.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with deck operations during offshore wind installation activities
• Supporting lifting, mooring, and general vessel maintenance tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of working areas
• Assisting deck officers and crew with operational duties
• Ensuring compliance with onboard safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid AB CoC (Able Seaman Certificate of Competency)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Passport
• GWO Working at Heights (WAH)
• GWO Sea Survival (SS)
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid Medical Certificate
• BOSIET/FOET certificate
• CA-EBS certification
• STCW Fast Rescue Boat certificate
• UK ETA (or willingness to apply for one)
