Job Description:
PT. Benteng Marine Service is looking for an experienced AB Cook to join a crewboat operating in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting deck operations while also preparing meals for the crew and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the galley. Previous crewboat and Middle East experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with deck operations, including mooring, anchoring, and general deck maintenance.
Prepare daily meals for the crew and maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the galley and accommodation areas.
Assist the deck team with routine maintenance and operational duties.
Follow all vessel safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience working on crewboats
Previous Middle East experience
Valid documents with at least 15 months validity
Good command of English
Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate as applicable
Ability to perform both AB and Cook duties

Contract Duration: As per company terms
Salary: USD 1,500 per month
