Job Description:
Martide is looking for Wipers to join a new Oil/Chemical Tanker. The successful candidate will assist the engine department with cleaning, maintenance, and general engine room duties. Previous European vessel experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineers with engine room maintenance.
Clean machinery spaces and equipment.
Handle engine room tools and spare parts.
Participate in maintenance and repair activities.
Follow engine department safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous engine room experience preferred
European vessel experience preferred
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
