Job Description:
IMC Job Finder is looking for a qualified Wiper to join an Oil Tanker vessel operating in the UAE, Oman, and Yemen. The successful candidate will assist the engine department with routine maintenance, cleaning, and general engine-room duties. Previous Oil Tanker experience is mandatory, and candidates must be ready for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist engineering officers with routine engine-room operations and maintenance.
- Clean and maintain engine-room machinery and working areas.
- Assist with lubrication and basic maintenance tasks.
- Support engineers during repairs and inspections.
- Follow onboard safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Relevant experience as a Wiper.
- Previous Oil Tanker experience is REQUIRED.
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Ready for immediate joining.
