Job Description

Solpia Marine is recruiting Wipers for its merchant fleet. The Wiper will assist the engine department with cleaning, maintenance, machinery-room support, and general engine-room duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain engine-room machinery and working areas.
• Assist engineers and engine ratings during maintenance.
• Support lubrication and routine servicing activities.
• Assist during repairs and inspections.
• Follow engine-room safety procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant Wiper experience is an advantage.
• Experience on merchant vessels.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book.
• Good English communication skills.
