Job Description:
CF Sharp is currently recruiting an experienced Pumpman to join a Tanker Vessel. Candidates must have previous experience in the same position onboard tanker vessels and meet all relevant maritime requirements.
Open Position:
Pumpman
• Vessel Type: Tanker
• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in the same role on a tanker vessel
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating and monitoring cargo and ballast pumping systems
• Assisting with cargo loading, discharge, and tank operations
• Maintaining pumps, valves, pipelines, and related equipment
• Carrying out routine inspections and reporting equipment issues
• Following tanker safety, cargo handling, and HSE procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pumpman on a tanker vessel
• Valid STCW certificates and relevant maritime documents
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book and passport
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to comply with tanker vessel safety and operational procedures
