Job Description:
SeaCrest Maritime Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Pumpman to join an Oil/Chemical Tanker trading worldwide. The position is open to Filipino seafarers from the Philippines only. Candidates must have completed at least one full contract on an international trading vessel. The successful candidate will support cargo operations and ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of cargo pumps, valves, pipelines, and related equipment onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Operate and monitor cargo pumps and related cargo-handling equipment.
Assist with loading, discharging, and cargo transfer operations.
Inspect and maintain cargo pumps, valves, pipelines, and associated systems.
Carry out routine maintenance and report equipment defects.
Follow tanker safety procedures and company cargo-handling standards.
Requirements:
Filipino seafarers from the Philippines only
Minimum 1 completed full contract on an international trading vessel
Previous Pumpman experience required
Oil/Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Good command of English
Valid seafarer's documents
