Pumpman for Oil Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

Blackharbor Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Pumpman for an Oil Tanker vessel. The Pumpman will support cargo operations and maintain the vessel's cargo pumping systems, valves, pipelines, and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with maintenance of cargo pumps and related systems.
• Assist with loading, discharging, stripping, and cargo transfer operations.
• Monitor valves, pipelines, pumps, and cargo equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and report equipment abnormalities.
• Follow tanker safety procedures and company HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pumpman on Oil Tankers.
• Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant tanker cargo-handling experience.
• Valid seafarer's documents and passport.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of tanker safety procedures.
