Job Description

Global Gateway Crewing Services Inc. is recruiting a Pumpman to support safe and efficient cargo-handling operations aboard an oil/chemical tanker.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Operate and maintain cargo pumps and associated equipment.
• Assist with cargo loading, discharging, and tank-cleaning operations.
• Inspect cargo pipelines, valves, and pumping systems.
• Follow cargo safety, pollution-prevention, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Report equipment defects and maintain relevant operational records.

Requirements

• Relevant Pumpman experience on oil/chemical tankers.
• Knowledge of cargo pumps and tanker cargo-handling systems.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
