Pumpman for Oil Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

KJCM Maritime Corporation is seeking an experienced Pumpman to join an Oil/Chemical Tanker Vessel.

Candidates must hold valid ATCT and ATOT Certificates of Proficiency (COP) and have relevant tanker experience. The position involves supporting cargo and pumping operations while maintaining strict safety and operational standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with cargo pumping and tank-related operations.
• Operate and maintain cargo pumps, valves, pipelines, and associated equipment.
• Assist with tank cleaning and cargo preparation operations as instructed.
• Conduct routine checks and report defects or abnormalities.
• Follow tanker safety procedures and company cargo-handling requirements.

Requirements

• Previous Pumpman experience
• Valid ATCT COP – Required
• Valid ATOT COP – Required
• Relevant Oil/Chemical tanker experience
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
