Pumpman for Product MR / Chemical Tanker Vessel

Job Description

A crewing company is hiring an experienced Pumpman for Chemical / Product MR Tankers with deployment scheduled for September / October 2026.

The successful candidate will support cargo operations and the safe operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the vessel's cargo pumping and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Operate and monitor cargo pumps and associated equipment.
• Assist with cargo loading, discharge, tank cleaning, and related operations.
• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of cargo equipment.
• Support the deck department during cargo operations.
• Follow tanker safety procedures and company HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pumpman
• Chemical / Product Tanker experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Availability for September / October 2026 deployment
