Job Description:
Crossworld is currently seeking an experienced Pumpman to join a Bunkering Vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and monitoring of cargo pumping systems during bunkering operations. Previous Steam Turbine experience is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Operate and maintain cargo pumps and associated cargo handling equipment.
Monitor bunkering operations to ensure safe and efficient cargo transfer.
Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of pumping systems.
Assist with cargo line preparation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and international maritime regulations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as Pumpman on Bunkering or Tanker Vessels
Mandatory Steam Turbine experience
Knowledge of cargo transfer operations and pumping systems
