Job Description:
We are currently looking for 5 Oilers to join Oil/Chemical Tanker vessels. Candidates must hold a valid US visa and be available for deployment as required. The successful candidates will support the engine department with routine machinery operation, maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and general engine room duties.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineers with routine operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Carry out engine room inspections, cleaning, and lubrication duties.
Assist with planned maintenance and repair activities.
Monitor machinery and report defects or abnormalities to engineering officers.
Maintain a safe and orderly engine room environment.
Requirements:
Valid US Visa – mandatory
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Relevant experience as an Oiler
Oil/Chemical Tanker experience is preferred
Good command of English
Valid passport and seafarer documentation
